Join us as we dive in to the world of developmentally appropriate boundaries and expectations. We’ll discuss the difference between boundaries and limit setting and the importance of helping our children live with uncomfortable feelings. Come get curious about the ‘why’ behind kids’ behaviors, learn strategies on how to help them live in the uncomfortable feelings without rushing to fix things for them, and explore things we can control. (hint – it’s our reactions and not their behavior!).

Free for current SYC families. $10 for visitors.

We will attempt to record the event, but suggest attending in person if possible so you can ask questions and participate in the conversation.

Child care for ages 2-7 available if there is enough interest, with a priority given to current families. Sign up will open about two weeks before each event and will close three days prior to the event. $8 per child, due at time of registration. No refunds unless child care is cancelled.
